This is our adventure, lasting for a full 10 weeks.
I know you’ll get the results you want – whatever they may be, because we will be covering all bases as we go.
Weight loss, or, more accurately; fat loss will be incidental, as you follow the stages of this exciting journey over the weeks. You’ll feel fantastic, with increased energy, glowing skin and eyes, and an inner strength you maybe forgot existed and will re-discover.
I’m not promising it will all be easy, but stay on course and I’ll make the path as smooth and pain free as possible.

Where we are now and where we are going.
I’d like you to have an idea of where we are now and where we are
going. This course is an adventure – a path we travel together, with
support to each other through the NING web site - a community,
interactive site that I’ve created for Weight & See members
(predominantly). I’ve opened it up for the public too because the more input, the better. We’ve got therapists, and other Personal trainers there, and I’m encouraging more to join all the time – you can do the same, and we’ll really rock!
Imagine an egg-timer shape, then lay it on it’s side. We move through
the wide part, into the narrow centre, then it widens out again as we
travel from left to right…So we’ll be entering this ‘egg-timer’, as we are presently – whatever this may be, with all our foibles, bad habits, lack of knowledge (possibly), lack of regard for our bodies, and the abuse we charge them with. Initially measuring ourselves. In the form of photos – tape measure - weight - the lot. And more observations too.
As we progress, we start to move more, listen to our bodies, use the information provided in our weekly PDF files and start to evolve....
Seminar 1 (Optional) - If you have chosen to go to the seminars – the first one is done just before the beginning of the course – food and drink (ultra-healthy) is provided. You’ll find this a powerful start to your adventure, and we’ll make pals here which can be really useful as you can connect with each other on the supportive NING site I have set up to, in turn, support the e-course.
We then meet again, just before week 5 (the purification week) to discuss strategies to get us through it – although, you’ll be fine as you’ll be half way there by then!
Week 1- 5 we know we need to change - and know
why we need to change, for life. You are given the tools to do so; the
'education' (or background) to my requests - the life skills, the
support, and the challenges, in a gentle tapering off (the funnel), to
embrace a purification process, until we reach week 5. (mid way).
One week of detoxification - you are easily ready for this by now, and then we take stock…
Seminar 2 (Optional) - Support, progress and fine tune the course to fit your requirements. This seminar will be motivational and inspire you with workshops, information and guidance ready to complete the next phase of the course.
Week 5 - 10 is all about re introducing what you feel you want to, slowly bringing things back in (if at all). You'll be noticing what suits you, comparing notes on NING, emailing me if you need to, and lots of fun promised along the way. To help keep you on track there are quizzes and homework to do (it's up to you if you decide to maximise here). I recommend it.
You are encouraged all the way to find time for YOU! As women we are often guilty of running around everyone else and forgetting there is a mind, that needs nurturing, and a body, from our necks down, that needs cherishing.

I thought the course was brilliant. I've got it all printed out and in a folder that I can refer to all my life. One just becomes aware that Cath has arrived at the right answers for a healthy life-style, and that one can avoid the "poisons" that the food producers insist on adding to their products, or worse still, adding to the soil that nourishes the crops or livestock. Due to a crisis that arrived in my life, I haven't yet reached the end of the programme, but the beauty is that there is no time limit. When I feel ready I know I will be able to continue.
But, I did follow the first four weeks and have kept up the new regime, with the result that I have lost 6 kilos, from 63 down to 57 and have to wear my tightest clothes now. Most of my trousers look ridiculous. I have to wear a belt or they fall down, but I don't know where to slide the bunched up pleats around the waist-line. What an extraordinary change! I have also given up sugar completely and take Acidophilus Plus for the candida Cath thought I suffered with, and my skin complaints have cleared up.
Thank you Cath - I hope your programme reaches many, many women for it will change their lives in the best way possible, and benefit others in their families as well. Weight and See is far better and healthier than any diet I have ever heard of, and does so much more than simply help us lose weight.

I have been so motivated for the last 2 weeks - weight and see. My nutrition has improved dramatically and I am even going for a brisk walk before I head for bed after my night shift! I think I am more motivated because I want to improve my lifestyle.....it was not horrendously bad before but.....there was room for improvement.
I feel I do have more energy which I feel better for! A positive motivator just in that!!!
Also now I am pain free (you know what that is all about Cat!) I did to look after myself and that is another motivator!!!
The other thing I have done is write things down a food chart and activity chart (as Heather suggested).....it does work because it makes you more conscious of what you are eating and doing!!!
No specific tip.....and I am no fitness instructor/nutritionist, just someone who is trying to improve their general health!!
An effort but I think worth it!

In January 2006 I participated in Cat's Weight & See 10 week programme. Having yo yo'ed most of my adult life I confess I was skeptical - would this be another eat this and don't eat that? - well the answer to that was a big NO! Weight & See is in a different league. It was a real eye opener covering so many aspects of diet, exercise and nutrition.
The weekly focus always changed with no sound or sight of a room full of 'happy clappers' - WHAT A RELIEF.
I always felt I was nutritionally pretty savvy, but Weight & See has made me realise there is so much more than 5% fat or 95% fat free! read the really small print on the labels - see what you (and your family if you are like me), are really consuming.
There are hundreds of women out there who would benefit from Cat's fresh approach, introducing them to various multi level exercises and to really think about proper food - Not a shake in sight!
For me Weight & See was abut Lifestyle change and the realisation that there is no quick fix - they don't work.
Thanks Cat as always your enthusiasm and dedication are second to none - even after a hard day's work or a stressful day with the children I can come away relaxed with a smile on my face.

About your Instructor
WHO IS THIS CAT WOMAN ANYWAY?
I’ve been in the fitness industry for 10 years, starting as an Aerobics Instructor, and adding to my qualifications as I go. I’ve been running a variety of clubs and exercise classes over the years but the important bits you need to know are:
- I am a Personal Trainer with specialist nutritional qualifications.
- I have dealt with many, many women, most of whom wish to change their shape!
- As a Personal Trainer with a busy, vibrant gym I have made it my mission to understand this subject and “Weight & See” is the result of many years of work, research and courses in Weight Maintenance undertaken.
- I still teach in the community, still love it, and love the work I do. I am now moving into presenting too. It is a never ending learning curve – ever evolving.
- In 2006, I won Fitness Instructor of the year (Wales), and am more than experienced enough to put you through your paces if you are local to me!
